This Privacy Policy describes how FitsYou Limited (the “Site”, “App” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit the site, download our apps or make a purchase.

 

Collecting Personal Information 

When you visit the Site or Apps, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site and apps, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Device information 

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, app version, iOS version, device type and how you interact with the Site and app.  

  • Purpose of collection: to load the Site and app accurately for you, and to perform analytics on usage to optimise our experience. 

  • The site Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site or app using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels. 

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and our analytics provides Google analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics.  

FitsYou Mirror app data Collection:

  • Examples of face data: information related to human faces (e.g., face mesh data, facial map data, face modelling data, facial coordinates or facial landmark data, including data from an uploaded photo.

  • Purpose of collection: for the app to provide fitting measurements and size recommendation for our collection of glasses, and to enable the Virtual try-on and visualisation of our range of glasses.

  • Source of collection: obtained through the FitsYou Mirror iOS application and the use of Apple software ARKIT, Camera API's including TrueDepth or the PhotoAPI's.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose:  Data is not taken off device and stored by FitsYou or shared with any 3rd Parties.

FitsYou Pupil Distance app data collection:

  • Examples of face data: information related to human faces (e.g., face mesh data, facial map data, face modelling data, facial coordinates or facial landmark data, including data from an uploaded photo.

  • Purpose of collection: for the app to provide pupil distance measurements for the purpose of providing a measurement to the end user.

  • Source of collection: obtained through the FitsYou Pupil Distance iOS application and the use of Apple software ARKIT, Camera API's including TrueDepth or the PhotoAPI's.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose:  Data is not taken off device and stored by FitsYou or shared with any 3rd Parties.

FitsYou Scan app data collection:

  • Examples of face data: information related to human faces (e.g., face mesh data, facial map data, face modelling data, facial coordinates or facial landmark data, including data from an uploaded photo.

  • Purpose of collection: for the app to provide the ability for users to create facial 3D models and enable them to share the models.

  • Source of collection: obtained through the FitsYou Scan iOS application and the use of Apple software ARKIT, Camera API's including TrueDepth or the PhotoAPI's.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose:  Data is not taken off device and stored by FitsYou or shared with any 3rd Parties.

Order information 

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. 

  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

  • Source of collection: collected from you. 

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify  

 

Customer support information 

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: information as listed above and any information provided around the requirement for support from FitsYou.  

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support. 

  • Source of collection: collected from you. 

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Our processor Shopify, apple developer support or an eyewear manufacturing partner for the purpose of resolving a support request.  
     

Minors 

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion. 

Sharing Personal Information 

We share your Personal Information with service providers and our affiliates to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
